What does this page cover?

This document sets out how readers of this site can reach its editors, what kinds of messages the editorial team is able to answer, and where to go when a question falls outside that scope. It applies to the independent editorial resource that reviews Hantec Markets for readers in India. It does not describe any service, product or support channel of the broker itself.

This site is an editorial project. It is not the broker, it is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not provide financial services, accounts, deposits or advice. Nothing published here is a recommendation to open an account, deposit funds or trade. Keeping that boundary clear is the purpose of this page, so please read the sections below before sending a message.

The editors answer questions about what is published on this site: how a review was put together, which sources were used, how a stated fact was checked, and when a page was last updated. They also handle corrections, complaints about the site itself, and enquiries from press or prospective partners.

Where do I go for help with my Hantec Markets account?

Anything connected to an account belongs with the broker, not with this site. That includes opening or closing an account, logging in, verification and documents, deposits and withdrawals, fees charged to you, trading platform problems, order disputes, and the status of any complaint you have raised with the broker.

The editors have no access to client records, no visibility into individual accounts, and no ability to act on the broker's behalf. A message sent here about an account issue cannot be forwarded, escalated or resolved, and it will not speed anything up.

For those matters, use the broker's own support channels as published on its official website. The correct route, and any regional variations that apply to clients in India, will be listed there rather than here. If you are unsure which channel applies to you, check the broker's site directly before sending documents or personal information to anyone.

How quickly will the editors reply?

The editorial team aims to acknowledge ordinary reader questions within a few working days. Questions that require checking a source, a date or a calculation can take longer, because the answer is only sent once it has been verified against the material the review relied on.

Corrections are treated as a priority. A submitted correction is logged when it arrives and reviewed in the order received, with clear errors addressed first. Press and partnership enquiries follow a separate route and may take longer than reader questions.

The site does not operate a live chat or a telephone line, and no response time is guaranteed. Messages that ask for account help, trading guidance or market predictions are not answered, as explained above and below. If you have not heard back within a reasonable period, please resend through the same contact route rather than trying several channels at once.

How do I send a press or partnership enquiry?

Press enquiries, requests for comment, and proposals for editorial collaboration should be marked clearly as such when sent through the contact form on this site. The same applies to any request to reproduce or quote material published here.

The editors consider partnership proposals on their editorial merits. Acceptance is never implied, and no enquiry creates an obligation to publish, link, review or feature anything. Commercial arrangements do not purchase coverage, a changed rating, or a more favourable assessment, and any proposal that assumes otherwise will be declined.

Please include the organisation you represent, the purpose of the enquiry, and any deadline you are working to. Enquiries that arrive without this basic information may not be answered.

How do I submit a factual correction?

Use the contact form on this site and state plainly which page and which sentence you believe is wrong. Include the correction you are proposing and, where possible, a public source the editors can check. Screenshots are helpful but should not contain personal account information.

Each submission is checked against the sources used for the original review and against the broker's own published material. If an error is confirmed, the page is amended and the date of the update is shown. If the point is disputed rather than clearly wrong, the editors may add a clarification instead of a correction.

Submitting a correction does not guarantee that the text will change. The editors retain final editorial control over what is published, and they will explain the outcome when a correction is not accepted.

How are complaints about this site handled, and what can't you answer?

Complaints about this site itself, including its tone, accuracy, independence or the way a review was conducted, should be sent through the contact form and marked as a complaint. They are read by the editors rather than treated as ordinary reader questions, and a reply is sent once the matter has been reviewed.

What the editors cannot answer is any question that requires access to a client account or to the broker's internal systems: balances, withdrawals, verification, order execution, fees charged to you, or the progress of a complaint you have filed with the broker. They also cannot give trading, tax or legal advice, predict markets, or confirm whether a product is suitable for you.

This site is not regulated or licensed by any authority, and it is not endorsed by the broker or by anyone else. It publishes editorial assessment only. Do not send account credentials, card details or identity documents through the contact form; nothing on this site requires them.
