Why this site exists

You are probably comparing brokers before you open an account, or checking whether the one you already use still deserves your trust. Most of what you will find online on that question is written by someone with a commercial interest in your decision. We started this site because we could not point readers to a plain, independent account of what Hantec Markets actually offers to people in India, and what it does not.

We are an editorial team, not a broker. This site is not Hantec Markets, it is not owned by Hantec Markets, and it has no affiliation with the firm. We do not open accounts, accept deposits, place trades, hold client money or give financial advice. Nothing published here is a personal recommendation. It is a review written for readers who want to understand a service before they commit their own money to it.

The audience is specific: residents of India who are weighing a broker and want the practical details set out honestly, including the parts that are inconvenient for the broker.

Where facts come from

Every factual claim on this site should be traceable to a source a reader could check independently. That means the broker's own published terms, fee schedules, product documentation and legal pages; the rules and public notices of the regulators that have jurisdiction over the firm in the markets where it operates; and publicly available corporate and licensing records where they can be verified.

We do not rely on marketing copy as evidence of anything other than what the firm says about itself, and we say so when that is the only source. Where a claim cannot be verified from a document or a public record, we either leave it out or label it clearly as unconfirmed. We do not invent licence numbers, registration details, addresses or contact routes, and we do not repeat them from secondary sources without checking them at the origin.

Checking is done by a second member of the team before publication. If a figure or a term changes after we publish, we correct the page rather than leaving the old version to circulate.

How the broker is tested

We assess Hantec Markets against a fixed set of criteria so that the review is comparable and the reasoning is visible. Those criteria cover the cost of trading as published, the instruments and account types available to Indian residents, how orders are executed and what the firm discloses about execution, the platforms and tools offered, funding and withdrawal methods with their stated timelines and charges, customer support routes, and the firm's regulatory standing in each market it serves.

Scoring is weighted toward what costs a reader money or limits their options: fees, withdrawal terms, leverage conditions and the enforceability of client protections. Marketing claims carry no weight in the score. We do not rank the broker against named competitors on this site, because a comparison that names other firms invites disputes we cannot adjudicate and distracts from the review itself.

We test what can be tested from the outside, including opening the site, reading the account documentation end to end and, where possible, using a live account funded with our own money. Where we could not test something directly, the review says so rather than implying first-hand knowledge.

How often pages change

Broker terms move. Fees are revised, payment methods are added or withdrawn, and regulatory status can change with little notice. We revisit every substantive page on a scheduled cycle and sooner whenever a change is flagged to us or appears in the broker's own documentation.

The date of the last substantive review is shown on the page. A change of date without a change of content is not something we do, and small wording edits do not reset that date. When a correction alters the substance of a verdict, we note what changed rather than quietly overwriting the old text.

Challenging what we publish

If you believe something on this site is wrong, say so. The contact form on this site reaches the editorial team directly, and a message that identifies the page, the statement you dispute and the source that contradicts it will get a response. We will check the point against the primary document and either correct the page or explain, in writing, why we are keeping the statement.

Corrections of fact are made promptly and without argument. Disagreements about judgment, such as whether a fee is high or a support channel is adequate, are a different matter; we will consider the reasoning but we will not change a verdict simply because the firm or a reader dislikes it. We do not remove accurate content on request.

How the site is funded

The site pays for itself through advertising and commercial arrangements that are kept separate from editorial judgment. No broker, including Hantec Markets, pays for a verdict, a score or a place in the review, and no one outside the editorial team has approval over what is published.

Where a page carries advertising or an affiliate arrangement, that is disclosed on the page. A commercial relationship does not change the assessment, and we will publish a negative finding about a firm we earn from in the same way we would about one we do not.

Finally, understand what a review can and cannot do. It can tell you what a broker's terms say, how it is regulated and how it behaved when we tested it. It cannot tell you whether trading is suitable for you, predict outcomes, or substitute for reading the account agreement yourself. Those judgments remain yours.
